Just Tickled Pink was established at their Hyde Park Premises in August 2006. The owners, Kim and Geoff Graetz, inspired by Kim's English heritage had the vision to establish what has become, "Adelaide's Sweetest Tea Rooms," incorporating original homemade cupcakes. For almost eight months, Kim and Geoff baked all of the cupcakes themselves in their own home, Geoff is fully employed during the week elsewhere and works with Kim at the Tea Rooms on the weekend.   Special orders and increasing demand for the now 'famous' cupcakes increased so much that they had to have some outside help. An angel appeared one busy Saturday in the form of a lovely lady named, Katherine who was drawn to jtp. Katherine, along with family & friends now bake daily with us between 1500 and 2000 cupcakes per week.   Tuesday to Sunday, upon entering the pretty pink establishment, with its walls adorned of the classic beauty, "Audrey Hepburn" you will take a step back in time and be graciously welcomed by Kim  & Geoff or our beautiful maître de Victoria.   We hope you enjoy the yesteryear niche which we have endeavoured to create for you!   ~   Daw House Hospice   Since the inception of jtp at Hyde Park we have been proud to support the Daw House Hospice. Each year the major fundraiser for the Hospice is presented in the form of a Ball. jtp have been major sponsors for this event.  - In memory of those patients who have spent their last days at the Hospice. We are extremely grateful of those who donate & also provide auction items for us in aid of the Hospice.  We also support Flinders Research & donate a percentage of our sales to their cause.
